Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of the data we hold about you. This page explains how.

1. Your photos are already deleted automatically

Photos are removed from our servers as soon as the result has been sent back to you. There is no archive of user photos, so there is nothing separate to delete.

2. Data that is still stored

• Your WhatsApp number and profile name.
• Timestamps and delivery status of messages.
• The text of messages in support conversations.

3. How to request deletion

Choose either option:

• Over WhatsApp — send a message containing the words DELETE MY DATA to +639553565441 from the number whose data should be deleted.
• By email — write to [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request, including the WhatsApp number concerned.

Requests over WhatsApp are handled faster because ownership of the number is proven by the message itself.

4. How long it takes

Requests are completed within 30 calendar days at the latest, and usually much sooner. You will receive a confirmation once the deletion has been carried out.

5. What we cannot delete

• Copies of messages in the WhatsApp app on your own device — delete those yourself through the app.
• Data held by WhatsApp/Meta as the message carrier — request that directly from them.
• Records we are required to keep by law, such as proof of payment transactions.
