By sending a photo to the Aiphotoenhancer WhatsApp number, you agree to the terms below.

1. The service

We enhance the quality of photos you send using artificial intelligence, then send the result back to you over WhatsApp.

2. Your obligations

• Only send photos you own or are entitled to have processed.
• Do not send illegal, violent, or sexually explicit material.
• Do not send photos of other people without their consent.
• Do not use the service to create misleading or harmful material.

We may refuse a request and terminate access if these terms are broken.

3. Results

Results are generated automatically by AI models. Quality depends on the original photo — very small, very dark, or heavily damaged images may not improve meaningfully. The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of any particular result.

4. Ownership

Your original photo remains yours. The enhanced result is also yours. We claim no rights over either and do not use them to train models.

5. Quota and payment

A number of first photos can be processed at no cost. Use beyond the free quota requires a paid plan, whose terms are presented to you before you pay.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be free from interruption. Maintenance or third-party outages may cause delays.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
